What to send us

Correcting a listing. Include the listing URL and the field that is wrong (hours, phone, address, website, or the business has closed). We verify against the business's own site or a public source before changing anything.

Adding your shop. Send the business name, full street address, phone number, website and the services you offer — e-bike rental, delivery, guided tours, repairs. Listings are free. We only publish businesses that rent or sell electric bikes and bicycles somewhere in Florida.

Removing a listing. If you own or manage a business on this site and want it removed, say so and we will take the page down. You do not have to give a reason.

Advertising and partnerships. Tell us the campaign, the regions you care about and rough timing. We will reply with what is available.

Anything else. Press, data questions, corrections to our guides — same form.

What we cannot do

We are an independent directory, not a rental company. We cannot take a booking, change a reservation, quote a price, issue a refund, or chase a deposit for you. Every one of those has to go directly to the rental shop you rented from. To ask about a new rental, call our rental line on (305) 363-1922. Every listing has directions to the shop.

Response times

Most messages get an answer within two business days. Listing corrections are prioritised. During peak Florida travel weeks, expect a little longer.
