1. Acceptance

By accessing or using FloridaEbikeRentals.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms apply to every visitor, whether you browse a single listing or use the whole directory.

2. What the Site is

The Site is a free, independent directory of bicycle and electric bicycle rental shops, retailers and tour operators located in Florida. We publish business information compiled from public sources so that visitors can find and contact those businesses directly.

We are not a rental company, booking platform, travel agent, broker or agent of any listed business. We do not take reservations, process payments, hold deposits, supply equipment, or guarantee availability. Any transaction you enter into with a listed business is solely between you and that business.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes: finding a rental shop, reading our guides, and contacting businesses directly.

You may not:

scrape, harvest, crawl at a rate that degrades service, or systematically copy the directory or

any substantial part of it for republication or resale;

use automated tools to overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any

system connected to it;

attempt to interfere with the Site's security, integrity or availability;
misrepresent yourself as the owner of a listed business in order to change or remove a listing;
use the Site or its contact form to send spam, malware, harassment, or unlawful content;
frame, mirror, or present the Site's content in a way that suggests we endorse you or your

business;

remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notice.

We may restrict or block access if we reasonably believe you are breaching these terms.

4. Listing content and accuracy

Listing information is compiled from publicly available sources, primarily Google Business Profile data, and refreshed periodically. We make no warranty that any listing is accurate, complete or current. Hours, prices, services, availability and even whether a business is still trading can change without notice.

Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement, certification, or verification of any business's licensing, insurance, equipment condition, safety practices or suitability for you. We do not inspect businesses. You are responsible for verifying anything that matters to you directly with the business before you rely on it.

Star ratings and review counts are aggregate figures published by Google. We do not write, solicit, moderate or verify them.

5. Business owners

If you own or manage a listed business, you can ask us to correct or remove your listing at any time through the contact page, at no charge. We will action reasonable requests promptly.

By asking us to publish information about your business, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate. Listings are free and no listing position is for sale.

6. Third-party links and advertising

The Site links to third-party websites and displays third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. We do not control third-party sites or the specific ads shown, and we are not responsible for their content, products, services, accuracy, security or privacy practices. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

Some outbound links may be affiliate or referral links, as described in our disclaimer.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, layout, original written guides, editorial descriptions, logo, and the selection and arrangement of the directory are owned by Florida Ebike Rentals and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may link to any page on the Site and may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not copy, republish or redistribute substantial portions without written permission.

Business names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification and reference only. Photographs shown on listing pages are served from their original public sources and remain the property of their owners; if you own an image and want it removed, contact us.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLORIDA EBIKE RENTALS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY LISTED BUSINESS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Florida Ebike Rentals and its operators from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our privacy policy, which explains what data is collected and how advertising works here.

12. Changes to the Site and these terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and we may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. These terms, together with the privacy policy and disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and Florida Ebike Rentals regarding the Site.
